Can I make a payment at the dealership?

Our dealer-partners do not accept payments on behalf of our customers. Please use one of the other payment options.


How do I get a payoff on my account?

Please call (888) 696-4140 and speak to one of our representatives. Representatives are available from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST. Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.


What are my payment options?

We offer several payment options you may be able to take advantage of when making your payments, including our most common payment methods:

  • Automatic Payments (reoccurring debit from your bank account and one-time debit from your bank account)

  • Check/Money Order (mail in payment options)

Can I change my payment date?

Unfortunately payment dates cannot be changed as they are based on the original contract that was signed. Although dates cannot be changed, we are always willing to work with our customers to provide them with the best alternatives for their personal situation.

Can I refinance my vehicle?

Unfortunately, Sensible Auto Finance does not offer the opportunity to refinance your vehicle through our company. If your payment history has remained in good standing, you may have the opportunity to refinance through another financial institution, such as a bank.


How does Sensible help me rebuild my credit?

Sensible Auto Finance is committed to helping you rebuild your credit. Your timely payments are reported to the major credit bureaus each and every month.  Staying current on your loan is a vital step in establishing a positive payment history. 


There's a mistake on my credit report.

Sensible Auto Finance is committed to accurate reporting. For the quickest and most informative process please complete your dispute with one of the three major reporting agencies. An investigation will be conducted and you will have a response to your inquiry within 30 days.
